A letter from Rachel Gerber Kule:

This page is a symbol of our eternal love and immense appreciation for my Dad, Alan (“Al”)  Paul Gerber and all of his invaluable contributions to Pursuit PR. Al passed away unexpectedly on January 18, 2020. 

From the start, Al was Pursuit PR’s Chief Financial Officer, Executive Managing Director. He was the instrumental strategic advisor and motivator on all aspects of the business, leveraging his MBA, analytical mind, and decades of finance and sales expertise. A humble, diligent professional and master networker, he was our role model regarding the values of integrity, self-discipline, authenticity, and accountability. He relished learning, turning challenges into opportunities, and building relationships.

A warm, kind person, Al shared with us a huge heart, infectious laugh, and unwavering support. He loved a good cliche to make his points, and one of his favorites was “turn lemons into lemonade” which reflected his zest for life. He was a true mensch, mentor, leader, friend, and the epitome of a family man.

I am beyond lucky to call Al Gerber my beloved Dad. I am forever grateful for the unique and precious experience of working together and fulfilling a shared long-term goal.

We will continue to honor his inspiring legacy and shining spirit as we go forward.
